When a booking fee is received to save your date, this is your signature that you have read and agreed the below terms

Access, Space, and Power for hire of magic mirror and equipment

It is the clients responsibility to provide an appropriate space for the Magic Mirror at the event's venue. Client is responsible for providing power for the Magic Mirror (mains electricity supply). The Magic Mirror requires a 240V, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within ten feet (along a wall) from set up area.

Any delay in the performance or damage to the Magic Mirror and equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the client. 

The Client will provide ' Hire A Magic Mirror' with a safe and appropriate working condition and a solid flat floor. 

Client must notify 'Hire A Magic Mirror' of any difficulties of access to the event venue before booking and paying the booking fee, such as stairs, narrow doorways or obstacles. Failure to notify us may result in us cancelling your booking on the day if we are unable to gain access with no refund of full payment received.

Date Changes and Cancellations

Any request for date change must be made in writing via email at least 60 days in advance of your original event date. If there is no availability for the alternative date, the booking fee will be forfeited and the event booking cancelled. Date changes and cancellations less than 60 days in advance of event date shall not be accepted and full balance due per terms and conditions

Damage to Magic Mirror and Equipment

Client acknowledges they have the sole responsibility for any damage or loss to 'Hire A Magic Mirror' equipment caused by:

Any misuse of the equipment by client or its guests (invited or uninvited)

Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood)

Client acknowledges 'Hire A Magic Mirror' shall have the right to decline service to client's guests (invited or uninvited) for misuse, and unruly behaviour. In some very rare occurrences we reserve the right to immediately refuse service, pack up and depart the venue. Service will be disrupted without refund if:

The attendants are harassed, threatened or abused by client or guests (invited or uninvited)

The equipment is damaged by the client or the guests (invited or uninvited)

Client agrees to allow 'Hire A Magic Mirror' the right and permission to copyright and use the media for promotional and marketing material
